Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
At Harmonious Healings, each session is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
For multi-session programs, you may withdraw at any time and receive a refund for unused sessions, less the agreed value of completed sessions and any applicable cancellation fees.
If Harmonious Healings needs to cancel, you may choose a full refund for the affected session or reschedule at no charge.
Our services provide complementary wellness support, and individual experiences and results vary; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
