Our Mission
Hi I’m Mehj Pardhan,
Life is not linear it is a series of roller coasters that can either break or make us stronger. The choice is simple - sink or swim!
Life sure has thrown me a series of curve balls that have left me feeling defeated with negativity, isolation and anger. It manifested in chronic physical pain and fatigue. This led me to start my soul journey to seek solutions to fill the void that I was feeling inside. I immersed myself in healing where I met many guides and mentors that challenged my thought patterns and triggered my interest towards holistic healing.
I dedicated myself to reverse my health, learn and grow. I learned various holistic modalities from holistic nutrition, life coaching, body and self-love coaching, NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy and many energy healing modalities including reiki, crystal therapy, chakra balancing, access bars and continue to learn. Through patience, self love and compassion I started shifting my mindset, releasing limiting beliefs and fostering positive energy.
I have now dedicated myself to help empower others on their personal soul journey’s. I am a Reiki Master, Holistic, Intuitive/Spiritual healer and Transformative/Mindset Coach. I am committed to embark change in individuals like myself who are stuck and need guidance to move forward.
As your guide, mentor and practitioner, I will be there to support you and give you tools to overcome your limiting beliefs and unleash the magic from within.

- Chakra Series Healing Circle 1 (Root Chakra): This circle focused on the root chakra to ground, stabilize and create a strong base for your overall well-being.
- Chakra Series Healing Circle 2 (Sacral Chakra): This circle focused on the sacral chakra to balance our emotions, ignite creativity and flow.
- Awaken Your Inner Light Women's Circle: This circle weaved together the power of shared presence with Reiki energy, Acupressure and Chakra Alignment practices to help you feel more grounded, open and connected.
- Bloom From Within Women's Circle: This circle connected to the energy of growth, expansion and self-expression. Guided meditations, expressive art, and reflective journaling to release what no longer serves and manifest your intentions.
